How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Absolutely! CrossFit classes are known for their strong sense of community and camaraderie. Unlike traditional gym workouts, CrossFit is built around group training, where members push, support and motivate each other. CrossFit isn’t just about fitness — it’s about belonging to a community!

How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
If you're a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes per week, gradually increasing to 5 as your body adapts over the first few months. It takes time to adjust to this intensity, so listen to your body and allow for proper recovery between training days.
Do you provide refreshments there?
We offer protein bars, energy drinks, water and coffee for purchase to keep you fueled and hydrated. There is also a bar at the facility serving a variety of snacks, pizzas and refreshments to help you unwind after a great workout.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter your current fitness level, we have a fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you progress, build strength and move you toward your goals. Our training is universally scalable, making it ideal for anyone —from beginners to experienced athletes — who is ready to commit and improve.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What should I expect during a CrossFit class?
A CrossFit class typically includes strength training, conditioning and skill work. While every class will vary, you can expect a general warm-up led by the coach for 5-15 minutes. A Strength or Skill development related to the workout of the day for 15-25 minutes and finally the WOD (Workout Of the Day) where the magic of CrossFit happens!
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. At CrossFit Pantheon, we believe in balance. Healthy eating isn’t about restriction — it’s about making smart choices while still enjoying the foods you love. So no, you don’t have to give up your favorite foods, do enjoy special indulgences and meals!
